Socioi Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are the official terms for the Socioi application and website at https://socioi.com. The product name of this service is Socioi.
Socioi is operated by TechnSEO (technseo.com). By creating a Socioi account or using Socioi, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Socioi service
Socioi is a social media scheduling application. With Socioi you can plan content, store media, connect social accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn), and publish or schedule posts through Socioi. Features may change as we improve the Socioi product.
2. Socioi accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your Socioi credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your Socioi account and workspace. You must be at least 18 (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Socioi.
3. Connected platforms (including TikTok)
When you connect a third-party network to Socioi (including TikTok, Meta products, YouTube, and others), publishing is subject to that network’s terms and policies. If you connect YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy describes how Google handles data. You grant Socioi permission to act on your behalf using the tokens and permissions you authorize in Socioi. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, rejected posts, or account enforcement by those networks.
4. Your content in Socioi
You retain ownership of content you upload or schedule in Socioi. You grant Socioi a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Socioi service. You must not upload illegal, infringing, or abusive content through Socioi.
5. Plans & billing
Socioi free and paid plans may apply channel, seat, or publishing limits. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. 6. Acceptable use of Socioi
Do not misuse Socioi: no spam, malware, unauthorized access, scraping beyond normal use, or attempts to bypass plan limits or security controls. Full rules: Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Disclaimers
Socioi is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our Disclaimer.
8. Termination
You may stop using Socioi and delete your Socioi account at any time. We may suspend or terminate Socioi access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and users.
