Refund & Billing Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
This policy explains billing, cancellations, and refunds for Socioi (operated by TechnSEO). It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Buyer support and refund requests for purchases made through Paddle should be directed to Paddle: paddle.net. Paddle's refund terms are published at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
2. Plans & pricing
Socioi offers free trials and paid subscription plans with channel and feature limits as described on our pricing page and in your workspace billing settings. Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Applicable taxes may be collected by Paddle based on your location.
3. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you can use eligible features during the trial without charge (unless otherwise stated at signup). When the trial ends, continued paid access requires an active subscription. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be billed.
4. Billing cycle
Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the interval you select (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file for each renewal period.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime from your Socioi billing settings, the Paddle customer portal (via the link in your Paddle receipt email), or paddle.net.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You generally retain access until the end of the current paid period already charged.
- Cancelling does not automatically delete your account or content. To request data deletion, see our Data deletion page.
6. Refunds
Refunds for Socioi purchases are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid Socioi subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, request a refund from Paddle within 30 days of the charge using the receipt email or paddle.net. Where local law provides a longer or stronger right (for example EU/UK withdrawal rights), that right applies.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. If a Product is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose, contact us and/or Paddle so the issue can be resolved under applicable law and Paddle's policies.
If you receive a refund, access to the related paid Socioi features for that purchase may end.
7. How to request a refund
- Use the "View receipt" / "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email, or
- Visit paddle.net and choose Request refund, or
- Email billing@socioi.com with your account email and we will help route the request to Paddle.
8. Plan changes
Upgrades and billing-interval changes may take effect immediately. Prorated charges or credits may apply as calculated by Paddle and shown when you confirm the change. Downgrades may apply immediately or at the next renewal depending on how the change is processed.
9. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle and/or Socioi may retry the charge and temporarily restrict paid features until payment succeeds. Continued non-payment may lead to suspension or cancellation of the subscription.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact Paddle or us before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of access while the matter is reviewed.
