This page explains how to delete your data from Socioi and how to revoke access for connected platforms, including Meta products (App ID 1452219116717938), Google / YouTube, and LinkedIn (personal profile and Company Pages).
Delete Your Socioi Account & Data
- Email privacy@socioi.com from the address on your Socioi account with the subject Data deletion request.
- Include your account email and any workspace/company name.
- We will confirm and delete or anonymize your account profile, posts metadata, media references, and stored channel tokens as soon as possible. Google / YouTube OAuth tokens and related YouTube channel credentials are deleted within 7 days of your request. LinkedIn OAuth tokens and related profile / Company Page channel credentials are deleted within 7 days of your request (subject to LinkedIn Marketing API storage limits described in our Privacy Policy). Other account data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, security, or billing purposes.
Deleting data stored by Socioi does not delete videos, posts, or other content that already exists on YouTube, LinkedIn, or other networks. To remove content on those platforms, use the platform itself or another authorized client.
Disconnect Channels Inside Socioi
Open socioi.com → Channels, then disconnect YouTube, Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Page, or any other connected network. That removes the connection and stored OAuth tokens for that channel from Socioi. For YouTube / Google Business, Socioi also revokes the Google OAuth grant when no other connected channel in your workspace still shares that grant.
Revoke Google / YouTube Access
- Visit Google security settings → Third-party access (or Google Account → Third-party access)
- Select Socioi and remove access
This revokes Google OAuth tokens for YouTube even if you have not yet disconnected the channel inside Socioi. After revocation, Socioi deletes related stored YouTube / Google credentials when authorization can no longer be refreshed (and on your next disconnect or deletion request).
Remove Socioi From Your Meta Account
- Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings
- Open Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations)
- Select Socioi and remove it
For Instagram Login connections, also review Instagram → Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites and remove Socioi if listed.
Revoke LinkedIn Access
- Visit LinkedIn → Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services (or LinkedIn data privacy settings)
- Find Socioi (Community Management LinkedIn app) and remove access
- Optionally disconnect the LinkedIn or LinkedIn Page channel inside socioi.com → Channels so Socioi removes stored tokens immediately
Revoking on LinkedIn stops new API access even if you have not yet disconnected inside Socioi. After revocation, disconnect, or a deletion request, Socioi deletes stored LinkedIn OAuth tokens and related profile / organization channel credentials. This does not delete posts already published on LinkedIn. Details: Privacy Policy — LinkedIn.
