Disclaimer
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This Disclaimer applies to Socioi (socioi.com and related sites), a product of TechnSEO (technseo.com). It supplements our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with those Terms, the Terms control.
1. Informational & operational nature
Socioi is a software tool for planning, scheduling, and publishing social content. Nothing on our websites or in the product constitutes legal, financial, marketing, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule, and publish, and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules.
2. “As is” service
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socioi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind—express, implied, or statutory—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
3. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on third-party networks (including Meta products, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others). Those platforms may change APIs, rate limits, policies, or account status without notice. Socioi is not responsible for platform outages, rejected posts, account restrictions, algorithm changes, or enforcement actions taken by those networks.
4. Results & outcomes
We do not guarantee any particular business result, reach, engagement, revenue, or growth from using Socioi. Scheduling and publishing tools do not replace your judgment about content strategy, compliance, or brand safety.
5. Content responsibility
You remain fully responsible for captions, media, links, and other materials you upload or schedule. Socioi does not pre-screen all content and is not liable for user-generated material that is inaccurate, infringing, offensive, or unlawful.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Socioi and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of (or inability to use) the service—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
7. External links
Our sites may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
