Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using Socioi. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
1. Intended use
Socioi is meant for legitimate scheduling and publishing of social content you are authorized to post. Use the product only in ways that respect laws, platform rules, and the rights of others.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use Socioi to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive promotions, or engagement manipulation schemes
- Publish illegal content, including content that exploits minors, promotes violence, or facilitates crime
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against individuals or groups
- Upload malware, phishing material, or content designed to compromise systems or users
- Attempt unauthorized access to Socioi, other accounts, or connected platform APIs
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data beyond normal product use, or reverse engineer the service except where law allows
- Bypass plan limits, rate limits, security controls, or billing mechanisms
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties in a way that violates your plan or these Terms, unless we agree in writing
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of Socioi or its infrastructure
3. Platform rules
Content you publish through Socioi must also comply with the terms and community guidelines of each destination network (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others). Platform enforcement against your social accounts is between you and that platform.
4. Credentials & automation
Keep login credentials secure. Do not share accounts in a way that compromises security. Do not use automation or bots against Socioi’s interfaces except through our documented product features and APIs (if offered).
5. Fair usage
Even within plan limits, we may throttle or restrict usage that degrades service quality for others, appears abusive, or indicates compromised accounts.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing Socioi, email abuse@socioi.com with relevant details (URLs, account identifiers, and a description of the issue). We may investigate and take action we deem appropriate.
7. Enforcement
We may remove content, disconnect channels, suspend workspaces, or terminate accounts for AUP or Terms violations, with or without prior notice when we believe risk is urgent. You remain responsible for fees already incurred unless we state otherwise.
